Holding a degree in Business Management from Berry College & experience as a missionary in 13 countries, Kim walks alongside companies & business owners to help them uncover their calling, develop purpose in daily life, & hurdle past fears & barriers to live fully alive. She accomplishes this through one-on-one coaching, workshops, & speaking engagements.
Kim filters every encounter with her clients through a core belief that has shaped her own journey: to know where you are going & who you want to be, you have to know where you have been & who you are.

He has 10 years of experience working with artists, non-profits, small businesses, & churches to develop content, build brands, cultures, & create efficient processes.

The Story
As Simon Sinek says, “Start with why.” I love that! I believe that every decision we make, if we make it intentionally, can have a positive impact & propel us in our mission. Here is our why:
We exist to inspire people & companies to reach their potential for greatness.
There is a story behind that mission, & one day I would love to sit down with you & tell you every little detail, but for now I'll share the highlights of why I do what I do & why I founded this company.
When I graduated college I went into a cubicle job which I quickly realized I was not made for. I was frustrated at the lack of purpose I felt so I spent a lot of time praying & looking for other opportunities. One day, inspired by an email, I wrote out the mission statement above.
I realized that my purpose was greater than—& not contingent on—any specific job or role. Slowly but surely, I began to change my perspective & started looking for opportunities to intentionally live out my mission regardless of my circumstances.
We all have a purpose, a unique role to play, & strengths that give us a perspective no one else has & a story to tell! I believe that those things matter & they can help us define our mission and goals.
When I look at people I see potential. I see how their stories, personalities, strengths, struggles, passions, & values—each piece of who they are—creates a puzzle that is starting to show it’s full picture, but still leaves mystery to be discovered! Through several pieces of my own story & a passion for helping others see their potential, I developed a mentorship program.
That program concluded with my clients setting goals based on what they had learned. I quickly realized that I wanted to find a way to serve & add value to my clients as they began to work toward those goals. Through my research, a passion grew for the discipline of goal setting & I knew that I had to do something. First, I had to start setting goals myself! (Seriously, if you aren’t already, set a goal! It is absolutely incredible the difference simply writing your goals down makes!)
That mentorship program quickly grew & came together with my knowledge of business, consulting experience, & my desire to help creative entrepreneurs & small businesses to become The Whiteboard Room.
Today we serve creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses, students, & leaders of all kinds through The Whiteboard Method. It is an honor to coach & help people understand their potential & set goals to pursue the fullness of that potential. These amazing people are changing their communities & the world one intentional decision at a time!
